QSTO Limited Warranty

At QSTO, we are constantly working to improve the quality and lifespan of our products, that's why the SUZAKChair has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards. This Limited Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new QSTO products.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only consumers purchasing QSTO products from authorized QSTO retailers or resellers or through the QSTO website may obtain coverage under our limited warranty.

What does this warranty cover?

QSTO limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in the frame, shock cords, heavy duty elastic cover, and the assembly parts and components. This warranty applies to domestic use only.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? 

This limited warranty lasts for one (1) year, starting from the date of purchase.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover?

It's simple, we don't cover problems caused by abuse, misuse, alteration, wrong cleaning methods or wrong cleaning products, ordinary wear and tear, cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents, failure to follow directions or wrong assembly procedure, improper maintenance or storage, use for non-domestic purposes, or any of those not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. And of course, we do not provide warranty on any accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured or not distributed by QSTO.

Please remember, the Suzak's are designer chairs that have been assembled by hand one-by-one. As such, they may present minor blemishes and scratches. These minute imperfections are part of the products character and do not qualify for return.

The Suzak is NOT a rocking chair, trampoline nor a swing. The Suzak is designed for single person usage only, witha weight limit of 265 pounds for the Carbon steel options and 340 pounds for the Stainless Steel.The Suzak must be placed on a flat surface and the body should be positioned in the center of the chair facing forward. Sitting on the edges, just as with any chair may cause the user and chair to loose balance and may cause an accident. This misuse of the Suzak is not covered under the warranty and QSTO is not held responsible for any harm this may cause to the user or the Suzak.

You must assembly the Suzak correctly, please follow the instructions provided. This will ensure the stability, if not done correctly it may cause accident and QSTO shall not be liable for any harm.

What will we do to correct the problem

QSTO we will examine the product and decide if it’s covered under this limited warranty. Then, at our choice, we will either repair the defective product, replace it with the same or a comparable product, or, at your request, refund the purchase price in exchange for the return of the product. In this case, QSTO will be responsible for the costs of transport, repairs, spare parts and labor. Any defective parts removed in the course of repair works will become the property of QSTO.

This warranty is applicable only within the first year of purchase, and we will do any of the things stated above within 30 days from the day of the warranty claim.

How to File a Claim?

To comply with the warranty, we need to know you have a problem with our product, so at QSTO we will not provide any warranty coverage unless a claim is made in compliance with all terms of this warranty and you follow proper return procedure.

First contact Info@qsto.co and provide the following information:

[Name of purchaser]

[Date of purchase]

[Place of purchase]

[Description of problem with photos]

The QSTO customer representative will then authorize the return and provide you a Return Authorization Number.

Include the following with the product when returning.

[The Return Authorization Number]

[The sales receipt or other evidence of the date and place of purchase.]

[A description of the problem.]

When warranty service is completed, any repaired or replacement product or part will be returned to you postage prepaid.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT (OR, AT CLIENT REQUEST, REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE) AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. QSTO NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRODUCT.

QSTO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PURCHASER OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY).

How Does State Law Apply?

The laws of the State of Florida, USA, govern our warranties. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Our warranties do not affect any additional rights consumers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in our warranty statements may not apply. You may be required by law to give us a reasonable opportunity to correct or cure any failure to comply before you can bring any action in court against us under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
